Shared Areas

Tenants share the common areas of the home, which include the following:

A modern eat-in kitchen, fully furnished, and with a small TV,

an onsite laundry facility,

a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace, a 50" TV, and a futon bed for overnight guests,

dining room / business center with printer and office supplies,

and the outside areas, which include a fenced-in patio,

and a rooftop deck with unbeatable views of the Baltimore harbor and skyline (and the best place in town for watching Fourth of July and New Years Eve fireworks!).

No permit is required for street parking here, but finding a space in the evening can be frustrating. There is one off-street space which will from time to time be available for an additional fee. Oh, and if you need to rent my car, we might be able to work something out there as well!
