General Information
This Baltimore row home has hosted medical residents and traveling nurses, students, both domestic and international, and interns at Under Armour and other local businesses. It is conveniently located between Federal Hill and Locust Point, just one block from the Charm City Circulator (free bus) and walking distance to shopping, parks, stadiums, gyms, inner harbor, and downtown. It's perfect for anyone who might be concerned about safety and security.
Basement Suite
The basement unit is currently occupied.
The space was converted to a suite, with a modern new bathroom and large walk-in closet. It is furnished with a queen-size platform bed, a small sofa, and a recliner. Bedding and linens are provided. It has TV with basic cable and wifi internet provided. There is plenty of natural light, and the room stays comfortable during those hot summer months.
This room also has a desk with book cases.
The large bathroom has a tile shower and heated tile flooring. Towels are provided. A tankless water heater insures that there will never be a cold shower!
A built-in closet unit with drawers and lots of hanging space provides plenty of storage.

The back room is the master suite. It is currently occupied.
The room features a 40" wall-mounted TV with Roku and wifi internet provided, a queen size bed with bedding and linens, a built-in laptop desk, and tons of closet space with built in dresser drawers.
